LED TV SET Warranty Information
This LED TV set is warranted against any defect arising out of faulty o r defective material or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty shall be confined only to the first purchaser of the TV set.
The warranty does not cover the damage of TV set due to accidental damage or any natural calamity, like thunder, flood storm, lightning and any type of high voltage surges from either mains input or through cable connection wire.
This Warranty does not cover any parts of TV set which are subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or improper installation. Further this warranty does not cover any TV set which may have been tempered with, altered or serviced by unauthorized agencies.
The warranty does not apply when the original serial number is removed, obliterated or altered from the TV and defects due to cause beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage, acts of god or while in transit to service center or purchasers residence. The warranty does not cover any external accessories (Such as Battery, Cable, Carrying Bag etc.) mentioned in the operating instruction manual supplied with this product or any cosmetic parts.
The Warranty is also void in case of following condition.
• The apparatus is not used according to the instructions given in the user manual.
• Unless this Warranty Card is complete and signed immediately on delivery of the apparatus by seller Dealer. Unless television set is purchased thorough an online agency in that case a copy of the bill will suffice.
