1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received a defective product
- You received a wrong product

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be returned with original packaging, accessories, and invoice
- Clear photos/videos proof must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Product is used or damaged by the customer
- Physical damage caused after delivery
- Product is missing parts or packaging
- Request is made after 48 hours of delivery
4. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, we will initiate the refund
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is provided for damaged or defective products only
- Replacement will be processed after product verification
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
7. Return Shipping
- In case of defective or wrong product → Return shipping will be covered by us
- In other cases → Customer may bear return shipping cost
